Great customer service throughout the whole process, and the best part is that it was done so quickly and exactly what I had in mind. I ordered a ring online that I had custom designed. When it was delivered it looked horrible. No way I could give it to my wife as an upgrade on an upcoming trip for our anniversary. I went to Le Danni looking for options in a very short time frame before our trip. Kim made it happen. She went above and beyond, on a holiday at that, messaging the owner of the store. We were able to find the perfect ring and setting to put my center stone in and she had it ready for me in less than 2 weeks. I can't recommend this jeweler enough, or Kim for all her help.

Absolutely love my ring set. Staff were very helpful. Daniela spent time going over everything thing with me and helping me pick the set that was perfect. There was a small loose stone found on my set during their thorough final inspection before I came to pick up my rings, the owner got everything fixed right away with no delay for me. Great selection, prices are fair to the market, and staff were very helpful. Even with a very minor issue, the made loyal repeat customers from us. Looking forward to purchasing from them again.

They are absolutely awesome to deal with! The entire transaction was incredibly smooth. Le Danni truly went above and beyond in fixing a nightmare situation we had with another jeweler (who sells diamonds internationally).
